Elmer

Every year we try to build one of our own developments, alongside the various contracting projects that we carry out for private clients.

In mid 2017 we purchased a plot of land at 172 Elmer Road with the aim of building a new 4 bedroom detached Beach House. This was a chance for us to take control of the design aspect and enjoy building a property that would make a lasting mark on a fantastic location. 

 

The property was completed and sold in 2019.
